Role Description The Motion Designer role at ZTV is a full-time, on-site position based in Belgrade. In this role, the Motion Designer develops and executes motion graphics and animation for shows, promos, branding packages, and social media content. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visual ideas, creating storyboards, designing assets, animating graphics, and collaborating with producers, editors, and other designers. The Motion Designer participates in the full production cycle, from initial brief and mood boards to final delivery, ensuring work is aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves refining existing assets, preparing files for video production, and staying current with design and animation trends to continuously enhance visual output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
• Experience in Animation and Storyboarding, including the ability to translate concepts into clear visual sequences.
• Practical knowledge of Video Production workflows, from asset preparation to final export and delivery.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar motion design software).
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work on-site in Belgrade, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design.
• Relevant education in design, animation, multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
