Operations Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized E-commerce Operations Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience, to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a fast-growing international e-commerce business.

Our client is a fast-growing international e-commerce company operating across 10 European markets, primarily within the Health & Beauty sector, with a focus on products such as creams and supplements.

The business currently operates primarily through a Cash on Delivery (COD) model .

⭐ What We’re Looking For

✅ Between 2 and 4 years of experience in e-commerce

✅ Experience managing people, processes, or operational workflows

✅ Hands-on Meta Ads experience

✅ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite

✅ Understanding of Campaign → Ad Set → Ad structure

✅ Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and ROAS

✅ Excellent organization and attention to detail

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

✅ Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and online tools

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

✅ Excellent written and spoken English

✅ High level of reliability, discretion and ownership

🎯 What You’ll Own

🔹 Team Management

Coordinate and supervise a fully remote operational team.

🔹 Advertising & Quality Control

Review creatives, Meta campaigns and funnels before launch and identify mistakes or inconsistencies.

🔹 Performance & KPIs

Monitor business performance, identify bottlenecks and prepare structured weekly reports for the Founder.

🔹 Operations

Coordinate Customer Support, advertising workflows and day-to-day operational priorities.

🔹 Inventory

Monitor stock levels, sales velocity, and coordinate product reorders.

🔹 Payments

Handle supplier payments and advertising-account funding accurately and on time.

🔹 Product Research

Research potential products and advertising trends using Meta Ads Library and internal tools.

🔹 Recruitment & Growth

Support recruitment, onboarding, and team expansion as the business scales.

🔹 External Partners

Communicate with suppliers, agencies, logistics providers, and other business partners.

🎓 Education

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related discipline
