Role Description The Serbia Online Language School Franchise Partner will lead the development and management of Lingua Learn’s brand and services within Serbia. This remote, contract role involves overseeing local marketing and sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with individual learners, corporate clients, and institutional partners, and coordinating course delivery using Lingua Learn’s global teacher network and digital platforms. The partner will manage the local online school operations, including monitoring performance, analyzing market trends, and aligning offerings with regional demand. Day-to-day tasks include managing the local e-commerce site, handling inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academics. The partner will also recruit and supervise local support staff as needed and drive sustainable revenue growth in the Serbian market.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market potential, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating local marketing content, client proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Candidates should possess experience in Training or education-related activities to understand learner needs and support quality course delivery.
• Experience in business development, franchising, or entrepreneurship, ideally within education or services, is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a remote setting.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms; prior experience in online or hybrid education is an advantage.
• Fluency in Serbian and professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A background in management, education, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant practical experience will also be considered.
