Role Description The Serbia Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and manage Lingua Learn’s franchise presence in Serbia. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and sales activities, building relationships with individual learners and corporate clients, and managing the enrolment and customer service processes. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to align on operational standards, use the provided CRM and e-commerce tools, and adapt course offerings to local market needs. Additional tasks involve supervising local staff or freelance teachers where applicable, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing market feedback to support continuous improvement of services. This role is suited to individuals or entities with the drive to grow an online language school, using Lingua Learn’s established systems and international network.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand the Serbian market, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience in Training, education management, or learning and development, with the ability to support high-quality instructional delivery.
• Background in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in education or online services.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and e-commerce websites, and comfort working fully remotely.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage operations independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Languages, or a related field is beneficial; prior franchise or startup experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in Serbian and good command of English to communicate with local clients and the global support team.
