About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

to play a key role in building our team in Serbia from the ground up. You will help drive our expansion in the region by owning the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, building a strong local talent pipeline, and strengthening our employer brand in the Serbian IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles in Serbia.
• Source and attract top technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience by managing communication, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
• Support onboarding to ensure a smooth start for new team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring software developers (PHP, JavaScript, C++) and Manual QA Engineers.

• Strong knowledge of the Serbian IT market, including talent pools, salary benchmarks, sourcing channels, and key competitors.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, referral networks, and job boards.

• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher and fluency in Serbian.

• Able to work full-time from our office in Belgrade
