Technical & Field Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Technical Services and IT Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical support specialists, ensuring internal operational excellence and external high level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor technical team members.
• Oversee SLA performance of our Technical Services operations (POS, QMS).
• Project management for POS operations.
• Stakeholder Communication - ability to align technical operations with business goals.
• Oversee IT system performance, security, and compliance.
• 1st level System & Network Administration: Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, VPNs, applications monitoring, Web server and file transfer.

Qualifications & Technical Background:

• Proven leadership experience in technical support services or IT operations management.
• Previous experience in Technical and/or IT support roles with an advantage of team management included.
• Higher education – preferably in technical field
• Business fluent English.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Experience in managing diverse teams and resolving operational challenges.
• Skilled in resource planning, KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
