UX Researcher/Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic User Experience Researcher/Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching user needs and designing intuitive, user-centered experiences across multiple digital applications and platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and seamless user experience.

What You'll Do

User Research

• Planning and executing research studies ranging from quick usability tests to deeper discovery, to uncover what our users truly need.

• Turning complex behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence how our designers and product managers think.

• Working side by side with Product team, Designers, and Data Analysts to ensure your findings drive real change in the final product.

• Maintaining high standards for our research toolkit and keeping the team inspired by the latest industry trends and UX patterns.

UX Design

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes under the guidance of Team Lead.

• Participate in design reviews and critiques.

• Apply UX best practices to design solutions.

• Actively seek opportunities to learn and grow your UX skills.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in UX research and design.

Required Qualifications:

• A foundational background in UX research, including experience with qualitative and quantitative methods such as surveys and usability testing.

• Familiarity with tools like Maze, Hotjar, Figma, AntropicClaude.

• Experience or a strong interest in the gambling industry is a major plus.

• You have a natural drive to understand the reasons behind user actions.

• You can tell a story with data and present findings confidently to different audiences.

• You are comfortable with fast turnaround studies and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• You are a person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team and is eager to learn every day.
