Founded in 1975, Shandong Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. is a leading technology-driven tire manufacturer specializing in high-performance tires, including passenger car radial tires, light truck tires, and a wide range of steel radial tires for trucks and buses.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and process employee payroll accurately and in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Calculate payroll-related taxes and social security contributions.
• Prepare and submit statutory tax declarations and payroll-related reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing to meet established payment deadlines.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and analyses.
• Monitor changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements to ensure payroll compliance.
• Improve payroll management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to support the development of competitive compensation structures.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Coordinate employee performance evaluations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop professional skills, and continuously improve.
