To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Managing Director to lead and develop our Serbian business. 

Your Mission

You will be responsible for establishing and expanding TRECONIS in Serbia while contributing to the long-term growth of the Group. 

Working closely with the Founder and Group Management, you will drive business development, build client relationships and support the execution of strategic initiatives. 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop the Serbian business
• Build client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Recruit and lead local talent
• Manage local operations
• Represent TRECONIS in the market
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 7+ years professional experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong business development skills
• Fluent Serbian and English
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation Model

The position includes a moderate fixed salary combined with a significant performance-based component linked to the profitability and growth of TRECONIS Serbia.

As the business grows and generates sustainable profits, the Managing Director will directly participate in the success of the company through a variable compensation model tied to financial performance and agreed business objectives.

This role is designed for entrepreneurial leaders who want to actively build and develop a business rather than manage an existing structure.
