Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Project: National Pavilion's on Expo 2027

We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to own the Health, Safety, Security & Environment programme for a national pavilion at Expo 2027 Belgrade, across design, build-up, live operations, and tear-down.

Scope of work: Lead site safety compliance (Expo Organizer regulations + Serbian OHS law), develop and run the pavilion's H&S Plan, manage risk assessments and permits-to-work, and build a strong safety culture across contractors and staff.

Requirements:

8-10+ years in H&S management, ideally on major events, exhibitions, or construction/fit-out projects

NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification

Strong familiarity with Serbian labor and OHS legislation

Great command in English language is a must

Based in Serbia preferred

Fixed-term: Oct 2026 - Oct 2027
