Junior System Administrator

Combo IT Solutions is a professional and dynamic IT team providing complete IT support to clients across system administration, network infrastructure, server and cloud environments, procurement of hardware and software, as well as web development and support.

Due to the growth of our team, we are looking for a:

Junior IT Administrator

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with more experienced colleagues and take part in day-to-day IT support activities for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has basic IT knowledge and wants to develop further through practical work in real client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Providing L1 and basic L2 support to users

• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, peripheral devices and basic user services

• Supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 services and user accounts

• Basic administration of network services such as VPN, DHCP and DNS

• Visiting client locations when needed

• Recording requests and incidents through an internal ticketing/work management system

• Working together with senior colleagues, providers and vendors

• Participating in smaller implementations, migrations and infrastructure improvement projects

What we expect

• Basic experience in IT support, system administration, helpdesk, internship work or personal IT projects

• Understanding of Windows work environments and basic networking concepts

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with concepts such as VPN, DHCP, DNS and domain environments

• Willingness to learn, work with users and solve practical IT problems

• Responsibility, attention to detail and good communication with clients and team members

• Ability to communicate in English

• Category B driving licence

Nice to have, but not required

• Experience with Windows Server environments

• Experience with NAS devices

• Basic knowledge of MikroTik network equipment

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience working with ticketing systems

• Interest in cloud technologies, networking, security and automation

Work model

The role is primarily office-based and includes visits to client locations, with the possibility of hybrid work by agreement and in line with business needs.
