• Job Title: Ticket Purchasing Virtual Assistant
• Time Zone: EST
• Hours: Full-time | 9:30am to 6:30pm

Our client is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Ticket Purchasing Virtual Assistant to join a US-based event ticketing company.

This is a fast-paced role focused on purchasing tickets for concerts, sporting events, and other live events across the US. Previous ticketing experience is not required — full training on the market, tools, and purchasing process will be provided.

The ideal candidate is proactive, quick to learn, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection of 500 Mbps or higher .
• 32 GB RAM .
• At least two monitors .

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in scheduled ticket presales and purchase high-demand tickets.
• Monitor tools for new ticket releases, restocks, and purchasing opportunities.
• React quickly when new inventory becomes available.
• Learn how to evaluate events and identify good purchasing opportunities.
• Work across multiple platforms, accounts, and tools at the same time.
• Learn the basics of supply, demand, and pricing within the ticket resale market.
• Take more ownership of purchasing decisions as you gain experience.

Training & Performance

• You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced ticket buyers and gradually learn how to evaluate opportunities, use the company’s tools, and make independent purchasing decisions.

• The primary performance metric for this role is profit generated from successful ticket purchases. As you progress through training, you’ll be expected to take increasing ownership of your decisions and results.
