Role Description:

This full-time remote Sales Manager role focuses on leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as RnD or Marketing.

The role also involves implementing best practices and tools, and ensuring a consistent, consultative approach to customer engagement. The Sales Manager will regularly report on pipeline status, market trends, and opportunities for expansion, while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess strong sales leadership.
• Candidates should possess skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English .
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in delivery, logistics , or technology services, is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM software and sales enablement tools, and openness to adopting new technologies and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
